By signing up to the Taylor Made Marketing Affiliate Program, you agree to promote our products in a fair, honest, and legal manner.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
2. Commissions
- Affiliates earn 50% commission on all qualifying sales
- A sale is considered valid once payment is successfully completed and not refunded
- Commissions are tracked via your unique affiliate link
We reserve the right to adjust commission rates at any time, with notice.
3. Payments
- Payments are made manually (PayPal or agreed method)
- Minimum payout threshold may apply
- Commissions are paid after a refund period to prevent abuse
Any fraudulent or suspicious activity will result in withheld payments.
4. Refunds & Chargebacks
- If a customer requests a refund, the associated commission will be voided
- Chargebacks or payment disputes will also result in commission cancellation
No surprises there, unless someone expected to get paid for a vanished sale.
5. Acceptable Promotion Methods
Affiliates may promote using:
- Websites and blogs
- Email marketing (must comply with applicable laws)
- Social media platforms
- Paid advertising (with restrictions below)
All promotions must be truthful and not misleading.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Make false or exaggerated income claims
- Spam (email, comments, messages, etc.)
- Use misleading or deceptive advertising
- Impersonate the Taylor Made Marketing brand
- Bid on brand-related keywords in paid ads (unless approved)
- Use your own affiliate link to make purchases (“self-referrals”)
Basically, don’t behave like the reason people hate marketing.
7. Intellectual Property
- You may use approved promotional materials provided
- You may not modify branding in a misleading way
- You may not present yourself as the owner or official representative of the brand
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time if:
- These terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- The affiliate damages the reputation of the brand
Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited in such cases.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Technical issues affecting tracking
- Loss of earnings due to external factors
- Actions taken by affiliates in their promotions
You operate as an independent promoter.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program means you accept any updated terms.

Affiliate Payout Instructions
Getting paid is straightforward. Just make sure your details are correct and your account meets the requirements below.
Step 1: Submit Your Payment Details
All affiliates must provide a valid payout method before requesting payment.
Accepted methods:

Bank transfer (available on request)
Please ensure your details are accurate. Incorrect information may delay your payment.
Step 2: Minimum Payout
Minimum payout threshold: $50
Earnings below this amount will automatically roll over to the next payout cycle
Step 3: Payment Schedule
Payments are processed manually
Payouts are issued once per month (first Friday)
Commissions are paid after the applicable refund period
Step 4: Commission Eligibility
You will receive commission on:
Completed and successful transactions
Sales that are not refunded or disputed
Commissions will not be paid on:
Refunded orders
Chargebacks
Fraudulent or suspicious activity

Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction
Providing false or misleading information may result in withheld payments
All commissions are subject to review and verification before payout
